Now Hiring:

Front-End Designer

We're in need of another set of capable hands that can help turn about:blank into engaging, effective websites. More specifically, we're after someone that enjoys solving design problems, making things look nice, and doing so using front-end code.

The person we're looking for can use media queries to build responsive pages without flinching, insists on trimming excess fat from images bound for the web, and knows better than to nest CSS selectors 12 levels deep (probably from experience).

We think that person is pretty passionate about the experience of the things they make, and as a result, pays a lot of attention to load times, stutter-free scrolling, and avoiding killing laptop batteries.

We're pretty open minded about what tastes, opinions, and preferences this person has. We're not looking for someone that echoes our own design preferences; we're looking for someone that brings their own sensibilities and beliefs to their work.

About Us

We are a group of code-minded marketers and designers. We believe that the typical experience of marketing is poor, and that by treating marketing like a product, we can help clients grow their reputation and revenue.

We work at the “what’s novel” end of an industry that changes rapidly. We're always learning and devising new strategies for improving results.

We have an intense respect for the expectations of the people using what we create. We love creating unique interfaces that are fresh, but we also believe that a well crafted user experience is about more than simply being trendy or impressive.

Allergic to red tape? We are too. And culturally we are very progressive, with no titles and multi-functional skill sets. We're very encouraging of lifestyle design and career advancement.
